Rape awareness is so important for both men (to know that it's not okay even in a circumstance that makes it seem okay) and women (to help other women who have expericed this, and to hopfully be alert if a situation looks suspicious and act on it). Printing my poems on posters instead of books helps me share my heart with people who may never pick up a book. Purchasing a poster supports my work as an artist and creates awareness.
